How does online coaching work?
You download the Bolo Blueprint app, complete your onboarding questionnaire, and I build your full programme within 24–48 hours. From there: weekly Friday check-ins, daily in-app messaging, real-time adjustments, and a kickoff call to lock everything in before you start.
What results can I expect?
Most clients notice strength and energy improvements within 2–3 weeks. Visible physical changes typically start from Week 4. In 12 weeks, if you execute, the difference is significant. I've coached men from skinny to shredded, overweight to lean, and average to built. The common thread is always execution.
Will I need a gym membership?
A gym gives you more tools to work with, but it's not essential. I can build effective programmes around whatever you have access to - full gym, home setup, or minimal equipment. Tell me what you've got and I'll work with it.
